Kingston and surrounding areas form the majority of our portfolio, however Tender Transitions, family owned and operated provides Move Management Services from Coast to Coast and Internationally.

Originally from Montreal, Bev owned and operated a stained glass studio where she shared her creative talents with her students.

As a Certified Canadian Staging Professional™ and owner of a successful home staging firm Stage Effects www.stageeffects.ca  located in Kingston, Ontario, Beverly discovered a need for services that go beyond preparing a house for sale.

Her passion and vision launched Tender Transitions. 

After loosing her Dad, and later her Mom to leukemia, Bev experienced first hand how painful and overwhelming downsizing could be.  A breast cancer survivor, Bev combines her life experiences and professional business skills assisting her clients during their difficult transitions.

From 1979-2009 Steve founded and was CEO of MEC Systems Inc. (Mister Environmental Control) www.mecsystems.com  based in Chilliwack, B.C. with dealers worldwide.

He has successfully marketed internationally to Kings, Queens, greenhouse manufacturers, agriculture manufacturers, engineers, designers, homeowners and every level of government in 47 countries around the world.  His vision, passion and perseverance combined with his professional marketing skills, is what turned MEC Systems Inc. into the successful Company it is today. 

In July 2003, Steve co-founded CASH, Chilliwack Animal Safe Haven www.thesafehaven.ca  where he negotiated the purchase of a 30 acre property, rallied volunteers from all over the district for clean up and created a Board of Directors to represent the voices of animals that were abandoned, unwanted or injured. 

Steve’s business background and caring & compassionate manner are a comfort to the clients he serves.
